মূল্য ফেরত (রিফান্ড)
আপনার রিফান্ড প্রসেসিংয়ের সময় নির্ভর করে রিফান্ডের ধরন এবং আপনি যে পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করেছেন তার উপর। রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ আপনার ফেরত পণ্যের জন্য পণ্যের মূল্য এবং শিপিং ফি কভার করে নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
রিফান্ডের ধরণঃ
যায়েদ এন্টারপ্রাইজ (Zaid Enterprise ) নিম্নলিখিত রিফান্ডের ধরন অনুযায়ী আপনার রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করবে।
রিটার্ন থেকে রিফান্ডঃ
আপনার আইটেমটি গুদামে ফেরত দেওয়া এবং কিউসি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।
সাধারনত , পন্য রিটার্ন এর ৭ দিনের মধ্যেই বিকাশ , নগদ বা রকেট এর মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় ।
কীভাবে কোনও পণ্য ফেরত/ রিফান্ড দিতে হয় তা জানতে, আমাদের পণ্য ফেরত (পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ কারণ) পলিসি পড়ুন প্রয়োজনে সকাল ৯টা থেকে রাত ৯টা পর্যন্ত (শুক্রবার বন্ধ ) ০১৯৭২৮৫৯৯৫০ মোবাইল নাম্বারে ফোন দিয়ে জেনে নিন।
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে।
পণ্যটিতে অবশ্যই মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারীর ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, বিনামূল্যে উপহার, চালান এবং আনুষঙ্গিক অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে হবে।
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই আসল এবং অক্ষত প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং/বাক্সে ফেরত দিতে হবে। যদি পণ্যটি যায়েদ এন্টারপ্রাইজ (Zaid Enterprise ) এর প্যাকেজিং/বাক্সে সরবরাহ করা হয়, তবে একই প্যাকেজিং/বাক্সটি ফেরত দিতে হবে।
আপনার রিটার্ন পণ্যের অর্ডার নম্বর , কুরিয়ারের সিরিয়াল নাম্বার এবং রিটার্ন ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর উল্লেখ করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ যাতে আপনার রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়ায় কোনও অসুবিধা/বিলম্ব এড়ানো যায়।
আপনার পণ্য রিটার্ন করার সময়, দয়া করে সকাল ৯টা থেকে রাত ৯টা পর্যন্ত (শুক্রবার বন্ধ ) ০১৯৭২৮৫৯৯৫০ মোবাইল নাম্বারে ফোন দিয়ে কনফার্ম করবেন ।
Refund Policy
The
processing time for your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment
method you used. The refund amount will be determined by covering the product
price and shipping fees for your returned product.

Refund from Returns:
Refunds
are processed after the returned item is received at the warehouse and passes
the Quality Check (QC).
Generally,
refunds are issued through bKash, Nagad, or Rocket within 7 days of returning
the product.

The
product must be unused.
The
product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gifts,
invoice, and accessories.
The
product must be returned in its original and intact manufacturer packaging/box.
If the product was delivered in Zaid Enterprise’s packaging/box, the same packaging/box
must be returned.
It is
important to mention the order number, courier serial number, and return
tracking number for your returned product to avoid any inconvenience or delay
in the return process.
